Products purchased from EFS 4×4 Accessories online store are covered by the relevant terms and conditions of the manufacturers’ warranty.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind/incorrect selection purchases.
Purchases from this website may be subject to the Australian Consumer Law and the statutory guarantees contained in it
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, in the event that a problem arises, and a statutory guarantee applies, we will offer to repair, replace, or refund your product at our election.
Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
In the event that a problem arises, the customer is required to take all possible steps to minimise any further damages to the product/vehicle.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, email us at sales@efs4x4.com.au before sending your item to arrange the exchange.
RETURN SHIPPING
The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times can vary depending on the sender location.
If returning an item, the customer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Do not return any items to EFS 4×4 Accessories before contacting us. An Authorised Return Form must be sent along with the goods. Any items returned which do not have an Authorised Return Form will not be processed.
