FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. DELIVERY FEES

Your delivery fee will vary depending on the size, weight and location of the products purchased, as well as your chosen delivery location. The delivery fee will be calculated and displayed upon checkout before purchase finalisation.  

Please note we use couriers to deliver all parcels, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. Couriers will require a signature from the purchaser or authorised person at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left, and the parcel re-directed to the local collection point. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the goods from the depot or arrange re-delivery at their own expense.  

Couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please ensure a full address is entered during the checkout process (i.e., Home, work, or other address that is attended during business hours). 

2. FREIGHT INSURANCE

EFS 4×4 Accessories will not be responsible for any damages or lost items during freight. 

3. PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

 Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days after payment has been made, unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email. 

Due to the nature of in-demand products and pre-order sales, shipping delays may occur. We will do our best to contact you regarding your shipment as soon as possible with an updated timeline. 

Black Friday and Christmas seasons may lead to extended lead times for processing your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be despatched. 

If your non-preorder item has not shipped after 5 business days, or if 5 business days after your pre-order timeline has elapsed your order still has not shipped, please contact us. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information to the e-mail address linked to your purchase. 

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your tracking info to update after you receive it. 

Pre-order and/or limited-edition items usually have delayed shipping times. These items are expected to ship by the date or within the timeframe listed in the product’s description unless otherwise specified. 

4. HOW ITEMS ARE SHIPPED

EFS 4×4 Accessories uses multiple courier companies. Freight quotes for companies that service your area will be provided upon checkout. 

5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately www.efs4x4.com.au does not ship internationally at this time. Please contact your International Distributor. 

6. WARRANTY

Please contact your place of purchase (EFS Dealer) if you have any warranty concerns. Photos and descriptions may be required as this will assist in the warranty claim being assessed in a timely manner. As all warranties are investigated individually on a case-by-case basis, the timeliness of the supply of requested information will influence the claim processing time. 

7. GIFT CARDS

Treat a gift card code like cash. The code:

  • Is redeemable for merchandise at EFS 4×4 Accessories website/s only.
  • Is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or trade accounts
  • Must be redeemed before the expiry date provided at time of purchase. It will be void after the expiry date and not redeemable.
  • Cannot be reloaded or extended
  • Is partially redeemable

Please note:

  • Cash will not be given for any unused balance
  • Any unused balance on expiry of this code will not be refunded or credited
  • Purchases exceeding the available balance require the difference paid by another method
  • We reserve the right to change any terms contained in the Terms of Use at any time
